How do I test if my proxies work?

What does ASN mean for a proxy?
ASN (Autonomous System Number) identifies the network owner of an IP, the ISP or hosting provider, so you can see which network a proxy exit belongs to.
Why test only one proxy at a time?
Sequential testing avoids flooding the destination and keeps each latency measurement from being skewed by concurrent connections.
Windows says "Windows protected your PC"
That is normal for new apps. Click More info, then Run anyway.
My Mac won’t open the app
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down, and click Open Anyway next to the app. You only need to do this once.
